Surrounded by fields Farriers Meadow is located between Yoxford and Blythburgh in a very pretty area of the Suffolk countryside.
Easily reached from the A12 with good access.
The meadow has been newly fenced but the new owner may like to add hedging to enhance the character and promote more wildlife to the area (butterflies are already plentiful).
It offers good, flat pastureland ideal for grazing horses and livestock or the potential to create a wild flower meadow with some native trees.
The purchasers of the meadow will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.
Boundaries: The boundaries are all fenced and marked in Blue.
You are welcome to visit this meadow by yourself - please take these sales details with you, and do remember to check that it is still available. If you have seen the meadow and wish to be accompanied on a second more detailed visit please contact our local manager.
