Blease meadow is a gently undulating and is mostly lush pasture land. There are some areas of rush where the meadow is lower. The Cumbria Way which is also a bridle path runs within a mile of the meadow there are also plenty of footpaths nearby.

The purchasers of the meadow will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.

Directions

Locate Keswick and the A66 (T)
From the A591 roundabout on the A66 (T) travel west on the A66 (T)
After 700 metres or just under ½ a mile turn right into the field entrance close to the ‘Woodlands For Sale’ sign.
The purchaser will be supplied with key for the gate

Note. Please take extra care while turning as the A66 is a fast road. It would be safest to turn left into the entrance while travelling from the west.
