Blease Meadow is located within the Lake District National Park close to Keswick and Bassenthwaite lake. From the land there are great views in all directions of the fells.
The meadow has good access from the A66 (T) and onto a hard track through a gate then along the field next to Lair Beck to the access gate. A full right of access will be given. On site a natural water supply is available and there is also an electricity line crossing the site which could be could be connected to.
Blease meadow is a gently undulating and is mostly lush pasture land. There are some areas of rush where the meadow is lower. The grazing would be suitable for livestock of all types including Equestrian use. The Cumbria Way which is also a bridle path runs within a mile of the meadow there are also plenty of footpaths nearby.
The purchasers of the meadow will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.

Note. Please take extra care while turning as the A66 is a fast road. It would be safest to turn left into the entrance while travelling from the west.
