A winding grassy track divides the central and western sections, and includes a good clearing dominated by two huge beech trees.
This is a site of semi natural Ancient Woodland. The grassy valley has lots of wild flowers, and is especially popular with butterflies in the summer months.
The purchasers of the woodland will be asked to enter into a covenant to ensure the quiet and peaceful enjoyment of adjoining woodlands and meadows.

· Southbound on the A3, immediately after by-passing Petersfield, take the left turning signposted to Clanfield and Charlton.
· Turn immediately left (crossing over the A3) and left again to Clanfield.
· In the village of Clanfield take the right turn on the bend immediately after “The Rising Sun” public house, signposted to East Meon.
· After about 1 mile you will reach the entrance to woods on the right, which is a galvanised metal gate B,with a 'Woodlands for Sale' sign on the gate.
· Park safely here and walk up the track BZ for 180 metres and Clan Wood will be on your right.
· The owner will have a vehicle right of way along the shared tracks BZ, ZJ and EH, and a key to the gate at B.
