A great video, some very useful tips, I drink pine needle tea regular and normally use my bandana to filer out the needles, im trying the pine itself next time and thanks for the nail brush tip too.
Yes boiling destroys Vit C.
I normally bring my water to a boil (to sterilise it)
Then live it to cool a few degrees,which only takes a while and add my crushed pine needles, then let them steep until its drinkable.
Which pine needles were you eating ? White pine????
