Nope, absolutely correct!! And also can be quite delicious prepared properly with no harmful effects whatsoever for anyone who has the intelligence to look into such things and not spew one worded, uniformed responses so readily. Just sayin.

jasbir pelia the what in the fuck did you even just try to say?¿??
lee cocum Yes it is, but however, it can't kill you unless you ingest a lot of it.
Rick Falk ….there's no way anyone Is Eating 50 amanita caps, Since one is usually the size of a hamburger .
You're a moron. The Amanita Muscaria is neither deadly, nor truly "poisonous". That is a very old, very ignorant misclassification. The Fly Agaric(Amanita Muscaria) is edible and psychoactive. The worst you'll get is some nausea unless u eat upwards of 50 grams. And good luck with that.
Only by ingesting ridiculously large quantities has it ever been harmful…anyone who eats 50 caps of a mushroom that they are not sure of pretty much gets what they deserve, imho. No confirmed deaths ever by amanita muscaria except for one possible example of overindulgence. Prepared properly, they are actually quite tasty…used properly in a 'medicinal' manner, quite pleasant. Don't believe everythng you read.
