Good stuff and great video, roadkill is highly underrated.

The roosters in my freezer don't get eaten 'cause of all the roadkill I find.  Rabits, hare's, moorhen, pheasant and wood dove… even fox leg tastes lovely. A pitty they die, but at least they don't get wasted 😉  Just be aware of "gout", from smashed bladders and other intestines!  Bon appetit! Thanks for the vid 😉

I grew up with "prairie chicken" – the common name for roadkill pheasant that made it to the table. There's a lot out there!

Yes Alison, this was great. Picked up a roadkill rabbit last week & everything was going fine until I caught a whiff….

C'mon, ya'll know you've wanted to stop and pick up a juicy meal; especially after you were the one who purposely ran it over! A very cool video for those with strong stomachs. And, hey, the way things are going economically…
