Great idea to have information about making use of animals killed on the road. We live in such wasteful times when it comes to food so using dead birds and mammals which would otherwise be wasted seems to make great sense to me. These are nicely put together videos which should give you courage to have a go at using the meat. Otherwsie you can always get in touch with Ali for more guidance/training
