Slow connection? Watch in lower quality
Experienced furniture designer and maker Andrew Marsh talks us through the making of a beautiful bespoke wooden cabinet. Andrew adopts traditional furniture making techniques within his work, explaining these terms to us. His love of wood and his passion for his craft is evident, as is his understanding of the various timbers he uses - for different purposes - both aesthetic and practical. http://andrewmaker.com/ An Adliberate film http://www.adliberate.co.uk for WoodlandsTV http://www.woodlands.co.uk/tv

Andrew, you are a master.
Fantastic!
yep well, how do you make an introduction to cabinetmaking ? he showed the design , movement of timber and glue ect , hes a good lad , that comes from an old cabinetmaker like me , he should get him self in the spray booth though )
Rights And Liberty where would you suggest to start furniture making if not a cabinetry shop?
I'm in the same boat, love working with wood, want to get more experience, but can't find someone to apprentice under or a teacher so next best thing is a cabinetry shop.
