How to Fell a Windblown Tree
By woodlandstv
Slow connection? Watch in lower quality
Andrew Mead, forestry expert/instructor/assessor, shows us how to make safe a windblown tree using a chainsaw and hand winch. This is a potentially hazardous scenario and Andy talks us through the various cuts needed to ensure the tree moves in a controlled way - to avoid danger and to release the tree without damage to its fibres. http://www.lynhertraining.com/

About a month ago you used the word "of" where the use of the word "have" would have been more correct, or maybe the word "of" have taken over the meaning of the word "have" where you live?
(Maybe of of taken over the meaning of of)?
What do I know, I'm just an old tired retired semi dyslectic mechanic with English as my third or fourth language..
Where?
Sorry, I miscounted, it is about three months ago, right after you started verbally abusing Søren, remember?
Are you in a relationship with Søren?
Nope, I normally chase women or whisky, are you interested?
You sound like a right nimrod. Why do you pretend to be american?
I do not know what is more pathetic – your replies or your life.
Nice video. I was wondering, when you make a plunge cut you start off cutting up to the hinge and then back cutting to the trigger or release wood. I always see people release from the back side and saw forward. Are there any problems with continuing to back cut from the inside of the tree when cutting the release?
You dont chase women or whisky, you Danish clown. As you describe yourself … you are an old idiot – who spends too much time playing with chainsaws and commenting on youtube.
Where? What are you talking about?
