Practical common sense video. I usually just take my Red Zip Car Kit First Aid and I know the contents inside out. Strangely enough, I discovered it is cheaper to buy a new complete kit than trying to replace its contents individually. So far, I have had to treat a worker that cut his thumb off and severed his hand quite deeply and another with a slipped knife wound to the hand. Both arrived at the hospital with clean and dressed wounds. However, unless I was a Paramedic, I would not use a tourniquet on a stranger in the UK as too much risk of being sued at a later date for doing something wrong.
Great video lots of useful info
Thanks for this. Some things I hadn't thought about.
