Dormouse Survey

Slow connection? Watch in lower quality
Having discovered a dormouse in their woodland, Heather and Rodney were keen to learn more about helping to conserve this protected species. Now registered as trained monitors with the National Dormouse Monitoring Programme, essential if you want to handle dormice, they are licensed volunteers, capturing data about the dormice living on their site. Their care and expertise are clear as they take us on a dormouse survey - sharing their detailed knowledge about these arboreal animals and the processes involved in important data gathering.

Cool video, Thumbs up!
Gorgeous animals! I've taken part in a few dormouse surveys but have never found one before! Great video and really interesting.
Great vid, more like this please. I'm stuck in an office dreaming of the woods. Just hearing the sounds of the woodland is great.
Delightful, and it's good to know that the UK has such kind guardians of their dormice.
They've such soothing voices, mice woodland sounds. Overall very relaxing
Nice video to watch on a cold wet winter day.
